Please keep in mind, as these products contain only natural ingredients, the body butters will soften or melt when exposed to high temperatures or summer heat. We cannot control the atmosphere that the body butter is in when traveling to its destination, however, if it arrives partially or fully melted, simply place it in the fridge where it will harden in no time! All natural butters and oils always adapt to its environment. That's the beauty and clear sign of all natural ingredients! If you find your body butter is too hard due to cold weather, you can leave it at room temperature and it will adjust accordingly.)
